  • Voice recordings — audio from interviews, discussions, or conversations
  • Testimonials — comments, feedback, or endorsements attributed to you
  • Contact details — your name, email address, or other details you provide on this form.

How we use it
We may use this material for marketing and promotional materials (print and digital), social media, our website, internal communications, event recaps, case studies, and press coverage.

We process your contact details on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f), UK GDPR / EU GDPR), namely administering the event, managing your consent preferences, and responding to any queries or rights requests you may make. You have the right to object to this processing at any time.

We keep your data in line with our data retention policy, which may vary depending on whether you become an active customer of ASSA Abloy Limited. In all cases, we will not retain your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Once your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
